Prime Hesperia Deck & Fence provides residential and commercial outdoor construction services including, but not limited to, deck design and construction, fence installation, pergola installation, patio covers, screened enclosures, and related carpentry and outdoor living projects. Services are performed primarily in Hesperia, CA and surrounding communities.
All work is performed by or under the supervision of licensed and insured personnel in accordance with applicable California building codes and local ordinances. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to perform services. A binding agreement requires a signed written contract between the parties.
Estimates provided by Prime Hesperia Deck & Fence are free of charge and are based on information available at the time of the estimate. All estimates are non-binding until a written contract is signed by both parties.
Final project pricing is set forth in a written contract. Changes to the scope of work after a contract is executed may result in change orders that adjust the total price. No change order is binding unless it is signed in writing by both the customer and an authorized representative of Prime Hesperia Deck & Fence.
Material prices are subject to market fluctuation. If there is a significant change in material costs between the time of the estimate and the start of work, we will notify you before proceeding.
Project start dates are estimates and subject to permit timelines, material availability, weather, and scheduling. Prime Hesperia Deck & Fence will make reasonable efforts to communicate any scheduling changes in advance.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after a permit has been applied for or after materials have been ordered may result in costs for which you may be responsible, as specified in your written contract.
Prime Hesperia Deck & Fence reserves the right to reschedule or delay work due to weather conditions, permit delays, or other circumstances outside our control. We will provide as much advance notice as practical in these situations.
Payment terms are set forth in your written contract. A deposit is typically required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project or as specified in the contract.
Invoices not paid within the time specified in the contract may be subject to a late payment fee as described therein. Prime Hesperia Deck & Fence reserves the right to suspend work on a project if payment obligations are not met according to the agreed schedule.
Under California law, a licensed contractor may not request or accept a deposit greater than 10 percent of the contract price or $1,000, whichever is less, before starting work. We comply with this requirement on all residential projects.
Where required by law, Prime Hesperia Deck & Fence will obtain the necessary building permits on the customer's behalf. Permit fees are typically included in the project estimate unless stated otherwise.
The customer agrees to allow reasonable access to the property for inspection purposes and to cooperate with requests from inspectors or municipal authorities. Work will not be considered complete until all required inspections have been passed and signed off by the relevant authority.
Prime Hesperia Deck & Fence warrants that all work will be performed in a good and workmanlike manner and in compliance with applicable building codes, as further described in your written contract. Any specific warranty terms, including duration, are stated in the contract.
Materials and products installed by Prime Hesperia Deck & Fence may carry separate manufacturer warranties. We will provide you with any applicable warranty documentation before or at the completion of your project.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear. Any warranty claim must be submitted in writing to Prime Hesperia Deck & Fence within the warranty period.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Hesperia Deck & Fence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services or your use of this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the services we provide shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Prime Hesperia Deck & Fence for the specific project giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
